The OCL Social Advocacy Committee partners with and supports local agencies that endeavour to provide necessary services to our disadvantaged or isolated citizens. Wednesday, Oct 4 & 18 Energizing Treks Dezi will lead you on a quicker paced walk, with more challenging routes through the river valley that will raise your heart rate. Meet at 6:30pm @ Railtown Park Circle (102ave & 110st)

Join the OCL for Tai Chi at Peace Garden Park on Saturday October 7th at noon. Master Ken Chui, a certified Tai Chi instructor who has been teaching for over ten years throughout Edmonton, will be leading the group. No experience necessary.
